Information collected
When you request an audit we collect website URL, name, company, email, country, mobile number, consent, a hashed IP, request metadata, and the audit record that follows.
This policy explains what DEYLAXY collects when you request a Visibility Intelligence Audit, how that information is used, and how to ask questions or request deletion.
Audit purpose
That information is used to decide eligibility, produce the Visibility Intelligence Audit, deliver the report, and — with consent — send relevant information about the company's products and services.
Email delivery
In production the branded PDF is emailed to the address you provide. This prototype records an email-queued event and does not send live mail.
Sales communication consent
The consent wording is specific. We do not hide a second purpose inside a single checkbox.
Data retention
Audit identities are kept so a website cannot claim unlimited free audits. Retention windows will be set with counsel before production launch.
Analytics and cookies
This prototype does not run third-party analytics. If analytics are added later, they will be disclosed here before activation.
Third-party providers
Future production may use infrastructure, email and model providers. They will be named when contracted. No provider names are invented here.
